November 11 , 2002 - Capcom finally Came Out with Resident Evil 0.
RE0 Was Supposed to Be Made on the N64 But Since the N64
was So Limited and didnt have the Space and Graghics Quality
Capcom Wanted for The Insanely Popular RE Series. So They
Scraped it for the N64 and Made it For the GameCube.

RESIDENT EVIL 0 STORY

As The Name Might Sugest to you ... Resident Evil 0 takes place before the events of the first game and tells the tale of Rebecca Chambers and how she arrived at the Spencer Mansion for the fateful events in the first RE game. A second character, a renegade soldier named Billy Coen, joins Rebecca for much of the game.

Resident Evil ZERO also introduces the Partner Zapping System that allows you to control both Rebecca and Billy together, or solo at will. Thus Making the Game Much harder as you now have to control two characters and if one dies , game over.
